What is Transactional Funding?

Transactional funding is a short-term loan provided to wholesalers who purchase and quickly resell the property immediately. This is often called a “double closing.

When is Transactional Funding Needed?

Transactional funding is utilized for three basic reasons: (1) They have a contract that is not assignable to a third party, (2) The wholesaler is choosing not to assign the contract and (3) The wholesaler needs to stay in compliance.

We provide Transactional funding Nationwide (Except: NY, UT, CA).

What about pricing?

No application fees. No Breakup fees if the loan doesn't close. Then 0.75% If A to B Purchase is 100K to 1 Mill, or 1.0% If A to B Purchase is 1 Mill to 2 Mill, or 2.0% If A to B Purchase is 2 Mill to 6 Mill.
